AN OPEN LETTER TO THE ATTENTION OF:
US Attorney General Loretta Lynch
SEC Chair Mary Jo White
Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, New Jersey Supreme Court
US Attorney General Paul Fishman, New Jersey District
Acting Attorney General, John Jay Hoffman,
State of New Jersey
Maybe, just maybe, the pending dissolution of Zucker Goldberg
& Ackerman gives some credence to my consistent insistence
that the members of that law firm engaged in the systemic
fraud I labelled as #DEEP6FRAUD. They abused and
misused Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS)
to conceal “problem” mortgages, etc.
And they were not, and are not, alone ! Other law firms
have and are mimicking #ZuckerGoldberg’s “tactics”.
I have repeatedly shared charts demonstrating and
supporting my contentions. But alas, to no avail.
So once more I beseech Chief Justice Rabner to audit
ALL New Jersey foreclosure filings of 2013 to the present.
Numbers don’t lie, at least not most of the time.
May #ZuckerGoldberg rest in peace.
What law firm will next bite the dust ?
Who then is left to do the dirty work for
#PredatoryBanks ?
