#FRAUDclosure NEED NOT BECOME A RITE OF PASSAGE ! ! !
There was a time when the court system was generally very hostile to anyone who dared to represent himself or herself. The recent years of pro-consumer advocacy have borne fruit. Courts do not encourage Pro Se litigants, but if you learn and follow the ground rules, judges will tolerate a self-represented litigant, to an extent.
1. Take a crash course on your state's court web site. Learn it in and out. Use a search engine to locate the web site.
3. Time is never your friend when you are involved in litigation. "Next week" is not a good time to start to "look into things". 95% of homeowners served with #FRAUDclosure notices never even answer the Complaint. This an unacceptable response considering the time, emotional, and financial stake you have invested in your residence.
There are people who will assist you, but you have to reach out, and in time. For starters, on any search engine enter your state's name followed by Pro Se.
The best time for action is the day after yesterday and the day before tomorrow !
